IT IS GOING TO BE A LONG AND MESSY POST. WITH NO PICTS. JUST HAVE A HEART TO TAG IF YOU DUN W AN TO READ :)

It has been a day since I returned from Bintan yesterday. People, mark my words, you guys should go Club Med, whether it is at Lindemann Islands, or Bintan or wherever. I went to Club Med Bintan, and I fell in love with it instantly!

The stuff there were so lovely and nice and the staff there were soooooo different from other resorts/hotels. They have G.O.s who are super high and cheery (smth like ppl in campfire spirit) and multilingual and having fantastic skills! Forgot the meaning of G.O. liao. Is smth like Gentaliatal Organiser or smth like that.

First day we go, they explained the rules to us, and what I knew was that, they have their own different uniforms to wear on each day. Is like one day they would wear white colour, and the next day would be cheery and bright colours (that's the theme). T

hey even have activities lined up for the guests! Ping pong match, Water basketball, water polo, beach volleyball, billard etc etc. They have the most number of sports/sport facilities I have ever seen in a resort lah! Archery, tennis, swimming, basketball court, soccer field, squash, snorkelling, trapeze ANYTHING. lolz I am still missing this place as I typed the stuff out. Reliving the memories sia..

Guess what, the beach is super wide and white lor! The waves are also super big lah! You go there see the waves and you will never be satisfied to see Sentosa's the liao. Compared to Bintan, Sentosa's waves are like pathetic? Lols.

The food there was fantastic sia!! Fabulous! Scrumptious!_________! (fill in the blanks) They have so much variety of food la you can almost spend the whole day there. Not that I did.
Anyway, they had 3/4 different cuisines and one time and acted according to buffet theme which changes daily. If you miss the breakfast at the main restaurant either becos you were indulged in sleeping in the bed or the shower just makes you want to stay showering forever, you can go to another branch restaurant next to the beach and have your late breakfast (though there wont be much variety of food.) If you were playing until you forgot to have your lunch at the restaurant (12pm-3pm), you can have it (lunch or teabreak) at another restaurant at another level. Whoa, I know.

Every night, they would have a comedy skit for around 1-2 hours. It was quite good lah :) first time see adults so relaxed and hyped up also. After that they have this aerobic dance to have fun.

The frens I made over there were just greattttt!! :D On the first day, we arrived late so dint really do so much stuff except trying to socialise with our long-time-no-see(LTNS) cousins and figuring who is who O.o Then after they finished their dinner I and my sis were still eating our ice cream la. They were like "WAKAO still can eat after the ferry ride ah!" Then after that I go take fruits then one of the brother followed me to gen1 zhong1 me see what I take =.= In the end we established this GeraldFC rofl. They are my feng1 shan4 aka fans aka fen3 si1. Lolz had a long laugh about this lah.

Come second day, wanted to join this Junior Club Med for teens but then there were only 6 of them, plus four of us (my sis, I, Linette and Lionel Lee).
1. Darren Cheng (the guai lan one)
2. Amanda Cheng ( the more guai lan one)
3. Jennifer ( the quiet one)
4. Forgot name (the likes-to-follow-rules one)
5. Arvin ( the mischevious one)
6. Ajuna (A.J.) (the act cool one)

Had archery in the morning with them and I am the only one who got bullseye!! Woots! MY FIRST BULLSEYE! Lolz got a medal for it, but dint take picture lorh sadded :(
After that we went our separate ways cos they were having water aerobics and some just don't feel like playing in water so early in morning. In the end played snooker with no. 5 and 6. Lolz the A.J. was like learn from yesterday then wan act pro like hit backwards or do something funny (according to his younger bro) Then meet this guy called Emra, 16, from USA and currently studying in Beijing. I just like typing all the info out to remind myself next time when I flip through these entries :)

Then after that I feel sian then walk around then the two brothers also follow, then my cuz said they two are my new fans. haha YAY I got multi-racial fans le!! Woots! :):)

Third day morning dint eat that much cos afternoon going to take ferry back to SG le. My cuz and sis went playing at the beach so dint join them. In the end went to table tennis area and played with a Hong Kong family. The small guy called Sam just came yesterday, which explains why he solo at the night show and I pei him watch even though we dint talk =.=, and he came with his dad nia so he super solo la. In the end I be hao ren (ok la that day i oso solo) then play table tennis and badminton with him. Learnt that he's from hong kong, he is 13, studying in Form 2 (hmm...), their school dun hav CCAs, they have lessons in english except chinese which is in cantonese, and he is learning how to play guitar now. Sian la, is like only bond for 2 hours then somemore forgot to exchange emails so next time must rmbed that when I see him next year again! (We sort of agreed to meet each other again same time next year^^ yay friendship rocks!) Haha he made the deepest impression in my mind la, that's why I typed out a paragraph long for him.

Okay, here comes the not so good part liao. The earliest a sport starts is at 10am, so if you have woken up early, you can watch cartoon network in your room, go swimming (not advisable cos its very cold), or have breakfast and play mega chess game with your frens. The chess is like the harry potter movie one except it is not that big and the characters doesnt move when you call out "Knight, three squares to your left" or wat. Ok, lame-ing here.

If you are particularly interested in water sports eg. windsurfing, kayaking, snorkelling etc, don't go in the 2nd semester, cos a monsoon season will be sweeping through it (dunno how to put it in words lah) then you just cannot play these type of sports lorh. Yea I was sad when cannot play lorh o_o oh and speaking about this, don't eat so much/at all, before you board the ferry during the 2nd semester, you will just vomit the contents out. The ferry I boarded rocked so much that
1. my baby brother fainted.
2. Everyone was frantically going to the toilet (not to do business la)
3. The crewmen were busy distributing vomit bags.
4. Everyone's face were just bleah when we alighted the ferry.

I vomited during the last 10min of the ride lah. I scared vomit then run to a corner of the ship and waited for the hell to be over. Then I asked the person he sae 10 more min I thought shud be ok. In the end, when I go back to seat, I saw everyone "happily" vomitting away then I just cannot tahan then vomit liao. Zzz so much for the resilience.

SOMEONE PLS HELP ME GET OVER THIS STUPID HABIT OF NOT TAKING PHOTO WHEN GOING OVERSEAS!! Everything was so nice that I just wanted to take them all into my eyes and savour every moment of it! Lolz paiseh sorry dui bu qi !! Someone poke me next time to buy a 8m.p. camera so that what I see is what you get! Haha dunno what I saying now liao..

Not that I am getting commision for this, but then you guys seriously have to go some point in your life! Haha Their slogan is : Where happiness means the world. How true...

OH YA!! Cheng Yung I actually brought back crab shells for you, but then the crabs died on the trip back to SG so threw all of them away sorry arh~~
